"So, not really worth the price for me"
so I’ll be honest, the bag is fine, but for what I paid I expected it to feel a lot better. I’ve had cheaper ones that seemed just as good, if not better, so this one felt a bit overpriced to me.

"Looks nice, but using it was kind of a struggle"
The site looks good at first, like visually it’s nice and all, but actually using it was not so smooth for me. It felt clunky in a weird way, and when I tried to check out, it kept freezing on me, which was annoying.

"Better Than Most Bags I’ve Used"
I’ve taken this bag out for a few rounds now, and so far it’s holding up really well. It feels solid and still looks pretty much new, which is more than I can say for some other bags I’ve had. The zippers are a little stiff, but overall the quality seems good.

"Shipping was a total mess"
My order took way longer than they said it would and the tracking basically just sat there with no real updates, so I ended up emailing them twice just to get any kind of basic answer and then when the package finally showed up super late the box was all beat up, so yeah I’m definitely not ordering from here again.

"Not that comfortable"
The fit just felt kind of weird on me, and it really wasn’t comfortable enough to wear all day. Also, the reminders to leave a review were way too aggressive, which made the whole experience a bit more annoying...

"I had a warranty issue and thought it..."
I had a warranty issue and thought it would be straightforward to get some help, but it ended up being way more of a headache than I expected. The replies were slow, and when someone did get back to me, I never really got a clear answer or any kind of actual solution. It felt like customer service just kept handing me off to someone else, and I had to keep explaining the same situation over and over without anything actually getting fixed. After spending that much money, I expected a lot better support than this. At this point, I don’t see myself buying from SunMountain again.
